Your current National Market Pulse access is converting to Local Market Pulse. No new login. Use the same email you already use. When the update is complete, the four numbers on your dashboard will reflect your local market.

Use the account you already have
Log in the same way you do now. Nothing new to install. If you usually come in from the weekly email, keep doing that.
Step 2
Look at this week's four numbers — local
You will still see Average Days on Market, Average Listing Price, Active Inventory, and Pending Sales. Those four numbers will now be your local market, not the national snapshot.
Step 3
Look again next week
One week is a snapshot. Two weeks is a trend. That is still the whole habit. Local just makes the trend the one your clients actually live in.
